Outside you will enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the community swimming pool.  Along with shared charcoal grilling station.  Assigned parking for 2 cars. 

Maximum Occupancy is 5. This property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.  Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
