Cozy and pet-friendly this two bedroom/two bath fairway condo is convenient to Sunset Beach (1.5 miles) and area golf courses.  The condo is located on ground level next to The Sea Trail Maples Golf Course.  Each bedroom has one queen bed and a private bath.  The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. There are 3 flat panel televisions, DVD player and high speed WIFI for all of your entertainment needs. The living area of the condo has glass patio doors that open to an outside porch area. This is a perfect cool retreat for relaxing and enjoying a beverage after a day on the beach or golf game. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a bar area for additional seating.  Complimentary linens & towels included.

  The condo is located within walking distance to a recreational center within the Sea Trail community - The Village Activity Center.  The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub.  Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.
