El Sol is a light, bright, 3 bedroom/2 bath house with beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views and private dock, and both screened and open decks. Main living floor has a master bedroom complete with king bed and a separate bath with enclosed shower. Two bedrooms upstairs: one queen, and one with two bunk beds; a twin over twin bunk and twin over double bunk. Hall bath with tub/shower combination. Fully equipped kitchen; bar counter with three chairs and expandable dining table to seat 8. Screened deck facing ICW has a table for outdoor eating that is accessible from king bedroom and living room. Front deck is accessible from dining room for morning sun. Ceiling fans throughout and Wi-fi. 1 Dog Max.  Dog friendly with additional non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog. NOTE: The dock is for loading and unloading boats with motors - only - no mooring. Kayaks and canoes should be placed on pier overnight, not on the dock. The fireplace is not useable.
