Gather the family around the dining table which comfortably seats 8 with more seating at the breakfast bar. Bedrooms one and two on the first floor are carpeted and share a bath. There are two large en suite masters on the 2nd level with one of the bedrooms offering a private covered deck where you can sit and take in ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. Summer Place offers a community pool and is situated directly across from beach access.
