It is golf and beach time at this gorgeous ground level three bedroom/two and a half bath retreat in Sea Trail Resort at Sunset Beach!  The condo has a great room with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas for convenient entertaining.  The kitchen features a breakfast bar & adjacent intimate dining space with seating for four and dimmer switch lighting.  The ample kitchen cabinetry and counter/storage space will make meal prep a breeze.  Views from the large, enclosed screened porch offer serenity as you relax with a morning cup of coffee or afternoon beverage.  The screened porch is located just off the living and master bedroom areas and has vinyl tracking windows and overhead fans allowing use of this room in all seasons.  The living room area has comfy furniture, a large screen television, ceiling fan and gas fireplace for cozy relaxation.  A half bath is located next to the kitchen area in the entry hall for convenience when using the main areas of the condo.

The master bedroom is just off the living area and has a queen bed, television, ceiling fan and access to the screened porch.  There is a private master bath with dual sinks and a tub and shower enclosure. There are two front bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a full-sized bed.  These bedrooms have a shared full bath with a walk-in shower. The utility/laundry room is just off the main entry hall and has a full-sized washer and dryer along with cleaning equipment for the condo and room for additional storage. 

Sea Trail has many amenities to enjoy in close proximity to the condo.  There are two restaurants (55 Bistro Bar and Sunset Slice & Sunset Prime) within the community and a convention center available for meeting space and events.  Use of owner amenity areas may be extended to guests with prior approval from the Sea Trail Master Association.  These amenity areas include The Pink Palace and Maples Activity Center both located within the Sea Trail community.  Activities include pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball, community garden, and library.
