Just WOW. It lives better than any of the descriptions . The rental process and keyless entry were efficient. Immediately upon entering and within the first few footsteps my shoulders went down and I started to relax. It is an amazing welcoming space. There are so many sitting areas. The FRONT PORCH is welcoming with its big porch swing and room enough to entertain. ( it is gated if you have little ones) The BACK DECK is also gated and has an awning for shade. The SCREEN PORCH is simply gorgeous . The CROWS NEST and sunset views were a favorite way to end the days. There is another big porch swing and picnic table and rocking chairs on the CAR PORT LEVEL leading out to the dock and canal. The interior space is just as impressive. There are four bedrooms with one having a little office space should you need to take a meeting. WiFi was excellent.. Three beautiful bathrooms. Exquisite care with the furnishings and the design of the upgraded bathrooms and closets were wonderful. The living space, the dining space, and the kitchen space all were amazing. I keep mentioning the space in this review because this home lives so comfortably and much bigger than the cozy name would suggest. The walk to the beach is short, even our 3 1/2 year-old grandson had no problem ( carrying his own towel was adorable because he wanted to be just like his older cousins). We did rent a golf cart which was a great suggestion because it is just generally a fun thing to do. There were many golf carts on Sunset Beach and we used ours to explore and go to get ice cream, lattes, Italian ice, and just cruise. The amenities of cozy cottage were frankly incredible and too many to list them all. From the linens, towels, Dishes, glassware, silverware, hand soaps at all the sinks, cookware, bakeware, and all the essentials, such as coffee maker, blender, and air fryer. There there wasn’t anything we thought we might need that wasn’t available; we made, pancakes, brownies, zucchini muffins and banana bread, and all of the bakeware and mixing bowls were available. Things we appreciated the most were: the labels on all of the wall switches and the clear instructions. The outdoor shower with hooks for towels, the the beach chairs, the boogie board, the skim board sand, shovels, and buckets the paddle boards, the kayaks, the outdoor grill, the foosball table and the games and the puzzles. The thoughtfulness of the welcoming basket was impressive and surprisingly helpful. Thank you again for allowing us to use your home as a respite. We returned from our vacation refreshed.

We can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the Cozy Cottage, I have never rented a beach home with so many extras and attention to details. More games than we could play, the different places we could sit, from the spacious front porch, to the enclosed back porch, or on the deck with our coffee in the morning. And the ladies even got sun up on the upper deck/crows nest. The kitchen was so well stocked it made meal prep easy. The short walk to the beach was easy and having the bikes, darts, air hockey all downstairs was another living space we could hang. The decor was just beautiful - beachy and cozy. Having the 3 full baths was also a bonus. We will definitely return to the cozy cottage. Great memories were made.
