There is ample outdoor decking leading to the back yard, perfect for entertaining or watching the sun go down. This home is simply charming! Linens included. Pet Friendly, maximum two dogs, $150 non-refundable pet deposit per each pet. $200 refundable elevator deposit required for elevator usage. You Tube TV available for streaming, and smart TVs for guest to log-in to their preferred streaming apps.

Pet deposit non-refundable $150/dog, max 2 dogs
$200 security deposit for elevator usage
$500 security deposit required for stays 60 days or less, and $3,500 security deposit required for stays longer than 60 days
